Share documents with a client
Send a focused document portal link.
Open the client’s Documents area. Upload the files you intend to share, select them and review the recipient before sending a portal link. Client document sharing requires an eligible plan.
The recipient can use the link to view the included documents until the link expires or is revoked. Treat the link as private: anyone who receives it may be able to open those files. Share only the intended client’s documents.
If a link has expired, ask the business for a new one. If a download fails, try the download button again or contact the sender. A document link and an invoice payment link serve different purposes.
