Storage and Analytics Preferences

Updated: 4 October 2026

Singilin uses required storage to keep you signed in, remember your workspace and theme, and preserve an invoice draft while you create an account. These functions are separate from optional analytics.

Optional product analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Singilin sends limited product events to its own server. Examples include opening the invoice generator, downloading a preview and completing a save or send action. A random identifier links events within the current browser tab’s session. It is separate from your account and invoice identifiers.

Campaign source, medium and campaign labels may be retained for that tab session so we can understand how people discover the product. Full URLs, search terms, invoice contents, client emails, payment details and private links are not included in these events. Avoid putting personal information in campaign labels.

The server records these events in application logs. Access and retention follow the application’s log configuration. Operational logs needed to run the service, such as billing webhook outcomes, are separate from optional visitor analytics.

Change your choice

Choose Required only to disable optional product events. Use Analytics preferences in the website footer to change your choice later. Declining clears the current analytics session and attribution from this browser tab. It does not remove operational records or events already received by the server.

Your preference is saved in this browser. Clearing site storage or using another browser requires a new choice. Authentication and subscription checkout providers may use their own required storage when you use those services.
