Review GCash and bank transfer payment proof

Use a receipt screenshot as a starting point, then confirm the money arrived.

Singilin

Clients often pay service businesses through GCash, another e-wallet or a bank transfer. A clear proof workflow helps both sides understand what still needs checking.

Give the client one clear next step

Show the account details on the invoice. After the transfer, ask the client to submit the amount, payment date, method and receipt through the invoice link where proof upload is enabled.

Explain what pending means

After upload, the proof is pending review. The business has received information to check. That is different from confirming that money arrived.

Match the actual payment

Open your own bank or e-wallet account through its trusted app. Compare the amount and reference with the submitted proof. Record only the amount received. If it is a partial payment, keep the remaining balance visible.

Make corrections easy

If the receipt is unclear, tell the client what is missing. “Please include the transfer reference” is more useful than “Invalid proof.” Avoid asking for account passwords, OTPs or unrelated transaction history.

See the proof review guide, or create an invoice with your payment instructions.
